Values are a belief that is meaningful to you. Values are what is most important to you.
When you make decisions by what is most important to you, you are being guided by and living by your values.
When you know what your values are and live by your values you are much happier and more harmonious. When you live by your values you are creating the life that you want to live. You are living your truth.
