What is balance?
Do you feel balanced in your life? If you do, that may be good. If you don’t, that is good.
Balance is doing what is most important to you in the NOW moment, and knowing what you also want to do for the other areas of your life.
A negative balance is when you feel negative emotions because of the decisions that you have made.
A positive balance is when you feel positive because you are doing what is most important to you.
Feeling off-balance is an indicator that you have wants. Wants are good. I believe that we are never actually balanced, there is a balance of activities so that we are not neglecting any one part of our lives, but that is it.
Being off-balance is feeling the difference between where you are and where you want to go. It is growth. It is expansion.

Being aware of that difference is good, and you will feel more in balance when you are aware of the differences of who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to experience and take action to become, to do, to experience what you want.
