these are important to me for my growth. when i am growing i’m connected to myself. i’m aware of where i am and what i want. many times, even when it’s hard, i’m enjoying what i’m doing and having fun.

when i’m connected to myself and know what it is that i want i feel enthusiasm and energy to begin creating what i want and growing.

what is your purpose and passion for living your life? your purpose is for you and you alone, to share only as you may wish.

what do you want to do?

what experiences do you want to have? why do you want to have those experiences?

is that what you are living? is that what you are choosing?

do you feel that you want too much?

i wonder if i want too much. i know that’s not true.

i wonder how much of what i want is enough. and do i want too much? will i ever get what i want?

no i won’t.

i will get what i want now. and my want will grow so that i want something more, something new, something better.

i will always want more, and that is good. the challenge is not getting stuck in the wanting.

i am happy and grateful for everything that i have now. it was my want at one time. i need to remind myself of this and choose gratitude often. sometimes i have to ask to be aware, where have i grown?

i’ve grown, i’ve changed, and i’ve grown some more. with my changes and growth, my wants have changed and grown and expanded. and my wants always will grow and expand with my life experiences.

be aware of your wants so that you continue to grow and expand.

be aware of what you have now. where were you a day ago, a week ago, a year ago?

celebrate the growth you have accomplished! celebrate the wants that you have achieved!

you have grown and achieved more than you realize. where have you grown? what have you achieved? celebrate all those wants that have manifested!

and, be grateful for your now wants. wants help you to grow and be better. be happy in awareness and growth!

do you live a balanced life?

i don’t believe that we ever truly have a balanced life. if life were balanced, it would probably be pretty dull. not being in balance gives us an area of our lives to experience challenge and growth.

i’m feeling a little out-of-balance in my fun and recreation and business/career areas. i would like change in my business/career so i am getting my professional coach certification and enjoying coaching clients. i have a desire for more fun and recreation in my life, i want to enjoy more time and new experiences with my friends and family.

it’s amazing to me how you can focus on one area of your life to make it better and more of what you want it to be, and it effects all the other areas of your life as well. you create more in your life area of focus and it ripples into the other areas of your life and they become better too.

where are you the most comfortable?

where is home in your body? when do you feel the most peace and love? is home a place, or is home in your heart and you take it with you?

i can name a place that i am the most “at home” feeling. i love to be there and go as often as i can.

what about that particular place makes me feel “home”? love, being connected, quiet, tranquility, nature, relaxed, positive energy, no distractions, being in the flow.

what are the feelings you have when you feel “home”? what do you experience when you feel the most “at home”?

what do you want?

what do you want in this now moment? what do you want your day to be like? what do you want your week, month, year to be?

do the people in your life know what it is that you truly want? have you told them? what do you want from the people in your life? how do you want the people in your life to support you?

when there is something that you want and the people in your life are involved directly or indirectly you need to communicate to them what it is that you want.

communicating what you want is a gift. a gift to yourself to get what you want. a gift to others because they are then able to give you what you want.

when you do not communicate to the people in your life what you want from them, they have to guess or assume what you want. most likely they are not able to give you what you truly want.

what do you want?

give yourself a gift, and the people in your life a gift, tell them what you want.

i and myself

who is “i”? who is “myself”?

i was listening the other day and had some awareness to the pieces of me.

have you ever said to yourself, “i was listening to myself”, “i saw myself”, “i thought to myself” or “i found myself.”

i had never wondered who the “i” of me is, and who the “myself” of me is. i started thinking about the pieces of me differently. i am me, and i like to connect to my inner being. is the myself of me my inner being, and the i of me my thinking mind?

what is the difference between my inner being and my thinking mind?

my inner being is a deep wisdom, truth, energy, source. my inner being knows, believes and trusts. my inner being is calm, serene, positive, and love.

my thinking mind is random thoughts generated from past experience, the now moment, and the future that i want to create. my thinking mind can be positive, negative and everything in between. my thinking mind imagines and wonders “what if”. my thinking mind can get carried away about what isn’t true and become anxious.

having two pieces of me, which me am i the most of? which me do i want to be the most of?

if i am being the “i” of me in my thinking mind, i easily get lost in the daily routines and expectations and live life like a roller coaster.

if i am being the “myself”  of me in my inner being, i am connected to my deepest and truest part of me and live life like i’m flowing with the river.
