are you taking a risk?

what risks are you taking right now?

  • are you loving fully and being vulnerable?
  • are you doing what you are passionate about?
  • are you fulfilling your purpose?
  • are you being your genuine self?
  • are you growing and expanding?

living life on the edge and taking risks is scary.

what’s scarier to me is not taking the risk.

if i don’t take the risk, i’m not going to live the life that i want to live. i’m not going to genuinely be who i want to be, i’m not going to be doing what i’m passionate about, i’m not going to live a fulfilling life.

i’ll be stuck on the edge of safety. i’ll be stuck being comfortable. i won’t know the what if.

what if i took the leap? what if i loved with my whole heart? what if i did what’s most important to me? what if i let go worry? what if i let go fear? what if i lived full out? what if i took all the risks?

who would i be? what would i do? what would i experience?

a person filled with enthusiasm, energy and excitement. a person filled with love, joy and happiness. a positive empowering giving person. a person living with purpose doing what’s most important to me. a person living in abundance and freedom.

it’s scary to take the risk. it’s scary to believe that what i’m comfortable with is going to be replaced with fulfillment that i haven’t experienced. i know it’s out there, i know it’s waiting for me.

it’s time to trust and believe. it’s time to take the risk!

what’s the risk you are going to take?

risk!

gratitude in the gap

what are you feeling right now?

are you feeling lack and wanting or are you feeling love and gratitude?

lately i’ve been stuck in feeling lack and wanting. the lack and wanting is part of the gap

the gap of what i want and where i’m at currently

the gap is good, awareness is good

feeling lack and wanting is not good

feeling gratitude and wanting is good

it’s a subtle difference: lack and wanting versus gratitude and wanting. the difference is what you feel

gratitude and wanting is excitement and enthusiasm for what you want. an energy to live and experience and create all that you want

gratitude and wanting is awareness for growth, connecting and creating

what is your gap?

what do you want to create?

be grateful for the gap! be grateful for growth!

live your truth!

where do you want to grow?

what are you experiencing now that you can choose to grow from? what are you experiencing now that is giving you an awareness for what you want different for your being, for your doing, for your experiencing, for your life?

do you want to be patient, loving, brave, kind, aware, connected, positive, joyful, calm, grateful, empathetic, teaching, curious, guiding, leading, authentic, responsible, accountable, trusting, empowering, courageous, wise, knowledgeable, happy, creative, giving, hopeful, ambitious, daring.

do you want to do new work, exercise, take a walk, create new habits, read a book, meditate, be in nature, cook new foods, bake, start a new business, learn how to invest, paint, draw, journal, watch a movie, play a game, learn a new language, take an online class, start a new hobby, create something, write a poem, build a fort, call a friend, have a bonfire, study the constellations.

do you want to experience a different body, a different mindset, a different emotion, exploring your emotions, letting go, new foods, new body movements, new mindful practices, new spiritual practices, new places with nature, creating something new, building something new, exploring new ideas, new ways for connecting.

what do you want?

where do you want to grow?

what can you do to grow in what you want?

live your truth!

what’s important to you?

what’s important to me? do i think about that? do i make what’s important to me my priority?

am i living the way i want to live? am i living my truth?

what is important to me? who do i want to be? what do i want to do? what do i want to experience? how do i want to live?

i want many things. i want to be many things. i want to do many things. i want to experience many things.

but…

how often do i find my thoughts focused on the lack, what’s missing, what i don’t have, the lack of what i want.

if i’m focusing on the lack, i’m not putting my time and attention, my focus, on what’s important to me. what i want.

it’s only important because i make it so. and so i need to keep doing my best to keep my focus and attention and what i want, what’s most important to me.

if i allow my thoughts to stay focused on the lack when i become aware that my thoughts wandered off to thinking about the lack. then aren’t i choosing to make that important?

that’s not what i want. i don’t want the lack.

i want what i want, and i’m going to have it. i want to be who i want to be. i want to do what i want to do. i want to experience what i want to experience.

it’s important to me, and so i’m going to make it so.

what’s important to you? are you focused on what you want? who you want to be. what you want to do. what you want to experience.

what’s important to you? if it’s important to you, then make it so.

choose what’s important to you, and when your mind wanders to lack, choose what you want again. choose what’s important to you again, choose what you want again, choose again, and again, and again…

live your truth!

live your truth

Are you living your truth?

Living your truth is being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and experiencing what you want to experience to create the life you want to live.

Living your truth is being and doing what is most important to you.

Living your truth is being guided by your dreams and desires. It is not living by somebody else’s expectations for you and it is not living the life others think you should live. Living your truth is all about you. It is about what you want and what’s most important to you. Living your truth is about your dreams and desires.

Living your truth is knowing your values and that you can live by your values and what is most important to you. Values provide your foundation and are your guidance system to living your truth and creating your fulfilling life journey.

Living your truth is experiencing many different activities and adventures in all areas of your life that you want to experience. Experiences give you awareness, growth, challenges, celebrations, happiness and many emotions to feel. Experiences create fulfillment. Experiences create the life journey you want to live.

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer said, “An infinity of forest lies dormant within the dreams on one acorn.” What dreams and desires do you have? You are the creator of your forest. You are the creator of your life journey, and your life journey is amazing and marvelous. Your dreams and desires are the energy, purpose and passion to living your truth.

Living your truth is an intimate awareness of who you are. Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to experience? What’s most important to you? What fulfills you? What do you imagine your life journey will be?

Living your truth is continuous growth, expansion and transformation. You are becoming more, becoming better, doing more, doing better, experiencing more and living a bigger and better life. You are growing and creating. Living your truth is making your dreams and desires come true, living your life with purpose and passion. Are you living on purpose with passion?

Living your truth is living with joy and gratitude, energy and enthusiasm. You choosing what is most important to you, so you experience feeling; love, joy, peace, gratitude, serenity, faith, abundance, freedom, and happiness. Living your truth is living a happy and fulfilled life. Are you choosing the good and positive for what’s most important to you?

Living your truth is living in present moment awareness. You choosing what is most important to you to be who you want to be, to do what you want to do and to experience what you want to experience. Are you living in present moment awareness?

Living your truth is feeling gratitude for who you are and who you are becoming. Living your truth is feeling gratitude for what you are doing and experiencing. You choose to feel gratitude for all experiences; positive and negative, happy and sad, the ups and downs, twists and turns of all your life journey. Living your truth is living your life moments fully. Are you grateful for your life, your experiences and your choices?

Living your truth is creating the life you want to live, being and doing what is most important to you and experiencing all you want to experience. Living your truth is living your life journey fully, living your dreams and desires, living a fulfilled life.

Living your truth is living a fulfilled life; being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and experiencing what you want to experience to create the life you want to live.

  • Are you enjoying your life journey?

  • Are you living on purpose with passion?
  • Are you enjoying your journey?

do you have or know what your internal compass is? what are your values and what’s most important to you? your values and what’s most important to you guide you.

what is your purpose and passion for living your life? your purpose is for you and you alone, to share only as you may wish.

what do you want to do?

what experiences do you want to have? why do you want to have those experiences?

is that what you are living? is that what you are choosing?

what do you like?

when do you enjoy what you like currently in your life?

where can you add doing more of what you like into your life?

what will doing more of what you like feel like to you?

what will doing more of what you like mean to you?

do more of what you like.

live your truth!

how old are you?

did i just make you cringe? what feelings do you have when you are asked how old you are? many people wonder why someone wants to know, thoughts of what are they going to tell me to be aware of or watch out for. many of us start thinking about what we are supposed to expect at a coming age, what dire changes are up ahead?

do you have expectations for different ages? did you, do you, look forward to certain things happening at each age?

does any of what you expect seem like fun to you? it seems to me that aging has a negative feeling connected to it, people don’t want to get older or admit how old they are because there are more negative associations with aging than positive.

does your age in years define any part of your life? do you let age determine what you can and can’t do? or what you decide to do or not do? why?

i don’t believe any of it. why should age influence what you want? age doesn’t define you. why not go for what you want no matter what your age. experiences are more to living than age, so let your age beliefs go and focus on experiences.

as i “age” my experiences are expanding and i’m becoming more wise and free from judgement. i’m learning more about who i am, what i like, what i want to enjoy and bring into my life. i look forward to many activities and experiences.

and i’ll let you in on a little secret, age doesn’t have anything to do with what we can and can’t do! yes, as we age, we definitely change, but i believe more of our age beliefs are in our head and not in our body and mind.

if you want to do something, and you are in a body and mind that can do it, do it! go out and enjoy it! be the “old” man swimming in a speedo, or the “old” woman running a 10K in a sports bra.

write the book that’s been on your mind, try the new activity you see so many “young” people enjoying, start something you always dreamed of doing.

you are wiser and your past experiences bring more to the new experiences that you enjoy. live life and keep growing and expanding, not letting age hold you back keeps you young, and is expanding your life for each experience.

now’s your time! if you feel it, do! you are never to old to keep enjoying many different experiences, both old and new to you. what i want for you, is for you to add some new experiences into your life!

expand and grow, always, until the end of this life experience!

live your truth!
