expanding awareness

every decision has ripple effects into other pieces of who you are and who you are being. every decision has ripple effects into other areas of your life.

with this decision, am i being who i want to be? am i doing what i want to do? am i experiencing what i want to experience? when creating the life that i want, the decisions that i make are not always about one thing but about the whole. what is it that i want? what is my awareness?

the experiences of life create growth or can stop it. is this experience something that is going to expand my knowledge, my ideas, my awareness, the dreams and desires that i have; and help me to become aware and grow into who i want to be, what i want to do and what i want to experience?

some decisions and experiences are clear in knowing they are supporting your being. some decisions and experiences are to expand your awareness and give direction to where you want to grow.

when you are trying new things and expanding your boundaries, it is uncomfortable to become the person you want to be if you are changing some deep beliefs and ideas on how you think you should be or how you think “life” should be. are these beliefs and ideas yours or are they from someone else, is it your belief? are these beliefs and ideas from a past experience that is no longer relevant to you now? are you choosing an experience for yourself, for pleasing somebody else or from habit?

uncomfortable decisions are a good part of life, they are decisions that support your growth, awareness and expansion being who you want to be and doing what you want to do. that is why an awareness of your being, who you want to be, what you want to do and experience and what is most important to you is important. with your awareness you can make decisions for what is most important to you to support who you want to be and do or for expanding your awareness more through new experiences.

is who i am being in this experience who i want to be tomorrow or helping me to experience new ideas for who i want to be and what i want to do? if i choose this experience, is it for this now moment or is it for creating the life that i want to live through growth?

when you are making decisions are you making the decision for what’s important to you? are you making the decision for what you want? are you making the decision for the person you want to be? are you making the decision to experience new ideas for new knowledge, new awareness and growth?

enjoy the journey! experience your life fully expanding your awareness, being and enjoying new experiences.

say no

am i saying ‘no’ when i need to and want to?

i’m not saying ‘no’ as often as i want. maybe i’m not saying ‘no’ to some of the small things. some small things won’t matter because the outcome and effect too is small. some small things will matter if they are repeated. the outcome will change from what i want. the effect of not saying ‘no’ to the small thing over and over again will have a big effect.

saying ‘yes’ to the small thing becomes a habit resulting in saying ‘no’ to the outcome that i want. repeated again and again they can build up and become negative. repeated again and again saying ‘yes’ to the small thing will not get me to the goal i want and the life that i want to create.

what am i saying ‘yes’ to? what am i then saying ‘no’ to at the same time? a ‘yes’ for a thing, is a ‘no’ for another thing. which is the one i truly want?

to enjoy the journey is to do the things that make you happy. what do you enjoy doing? what’s most important to you? who do you want to be? what do you want to do?

don’t worry about what other people may think, don’t worry about making others happy. make yourself happy and do the things that are most important to you.

to enjoy the journey is to choose who to be and do what is most important to you. you chose to do this thing, be grateful that you are now doing it.

everyday we make choices; from the moment we wake to the moment we sleep. to enjoy the journey and live with enthusiasm be grateful for all the moments you are choosing.

too positive?

are you living your life too positive?

when you live your life positively; you look for the positive in ALL of life

  • the good in people (you know it’s there)
  • the positive outcome in a bad situation or event
  • the lesson that you are learning
  • the experience that you are gaining

you blind yourself to the negative that you DO need to see, to open to awareness and take action on.

you view the bad and negative as a challenge, as a period of growth – which is good – if that growth is in alignment with who you are.

even when you like change and are welcome to change, if you are only looking for the positive; you do not readily see the right and positive choices, the right and positive path to the changes that need to be made.

you start traveling, or drifting, off course through the wrong choices and changes down the wrong path, giving and pouring your positive energies into these changes.

then slowly, or suddenly, realizing that you are not following the path meant for you, you are not doing what makes you happy. you are not doing what’s most important to you.

are you blinding yourself to negative that would be an awareness to you for a different change?

are you blinding yourself with a false positive and not living your truth?

choice

what choices are you making?

are you choosing what’s most important to you? or are you choosing what’s easiest? or maybe you are choosing instant gratification.

choosing what’s most important to you, being in alignment with your values, your dreams and desires is the best choice to make.

the right choice doesn’t always happen, it isn’t always easy.

i don’t always have the deep burning desire and enthusiasm needed that I make every choice in alignment with who i am and what’s most important to me.

that’s okay, the ups and downs, the ebbs and flows – that’s part of life, part of growth. experiencing a low we are able to be aware of the high, to be aware of what we really want. and feeling the gap of where we are and where we want to go allows for growth.

continual growth is making repeated choices again and again for doing what’s most important to you. if you make a choice not in alignment with that, okay, move on, and your next choice can be in alignment with what’s most important to you.

feeling habits

have you ever noticed certain feelings you have when you are doing certain activities. feelings that you have for a certain thing that you do. you can be feeling a different polar feeling, then you begin this or that activity and it triggers your feelings to shift and you don’t quite know why. are your feelings a habit for this activity?

I realized some of my feelings for some activities were habits. I had been feeling a positive energy and began a new activity and my energy changed. I didn’t want it to change, I didn’t expect it to change, but there I was feeling blah and not the positive energy I had been feeling earlier. why? the activity that I was doing wasn’t a blah activity.

I decided that I can choose to be happy and positive energy.  I’m not sure where this blah feeling came from but I was willing and ready to kick it back out the way it had come and be back to feeling positive energy.

what other feelings are feeling habits that I have? I am happy and grateful to be aware of this. I am happy and grateful to choose feeling happy and positive energy.

present moment awareness

i like to be aware and connected to my visions for my dreams and desires, my visions for my life goals. i like to take time and imagine being who i want to be, doing what i want to do, experiencing what i want to experience and creating the life that i want to live.

when i am connected to my visions i am able to live in present moment awareness with positive high energy, being and doing what is most important to me. when i am connected to my visions i am able to feel gratitude for my being and living.

i am able to make decisions that are positive feeling, decisions to be and do what is most important to me in the NOW moment. what i choose to be and choose to do in the NOW moment does not always give me instant gratification, but the being and doing is gratitude because i am feeling positive high energy for my choices and the being and doing that i’m doing.

i am feeling gratitude in the NOW moment because of the experiences i have had that guided me and empowered me to be being who i am and doing what i want in the NOW moment. i am feeling gratitude for the NOW moment of experiencing and creating the life that i want to live, being and becoming more of who i want to be, and doing and experiencing more of what i want to do.

there are some areas of my life that my thoughts wander to negative feelings of doubt, worry, anxiousness, stress or overwhelm and it takes an awareness to guide my mind to positive feelings, connecting to what i want and feeling the positive energy flow through me. to be in the present moment i do not worry about the how, i think about the why and how i want to feel. when i am connected to how i want to feel and the visions of my dreams and desires i am able to be who i want to be and do what i want to do. i am able to make choices that are positive and in alignment with what’s most important to me.

there is so much that i want to be, that i want to do and that i want to experience. i am connecting to what i want instead of any worries or doubts. when something triggers negative emotions i guide my mind to think about what i really want and connect to the way i want to feel living and experiencing that want. i think about the vision of who i want to be, what i want to do, and what i want to experience and imagine living that NOW!

time

do you spend your time in the past, future or in the present?

how do you spend your time? are you positive and grateful or are you negative and overwhelmed?

what do you do with time? doing things that are most important to you, or doing things because you are reacting to all that is around you?

is time going fast for you? is time going slow for you? are you aware of time?

as much as i want to, as much as i do, and as much as i want to do even more – being in present moment awareness – i’m still getting pulled along with time. part of it’s a summer thing, time always seems to go faster in the summer. why is that? what is it about some ‘times’, some ‘activities’ that seem to make time go faster, or the opposite, make time go slower.

living in present moment awareness is how i like to live. to live in present moment awareness i choose what makes me happy, i choose to do what’s most important to me. and in those moments, somehow time slows down, it becomes non-existent, or not important. i am able to not worry about time, i am able to be and do, and not be accountable to a time line.

comfort

What do you want? Are choosing what it is that you most want?

Or, are you living a life that you are comfortable living?

It is easy to get comfortable, to think that we are living  the life that we want to live, which we most the time are. But… are you growing? expanding? creating? Are you becoming more? Are you doing more?

I get comfortable in my life. And I am so happy and grateful when I become aware that I have become comfortable in an area of my life; that I am not being all that I want to be, that I am not doing all that I want to do, that I am not experiencing all that I want to experience.

What do I want? What is most important to me? Am I doing all that I can? Am I creating the life that I want to live, or am I living in ‘comfort’?

It is time for me to ‘rock the boat’ in some areas of my life. I feel it, I am aware of it, and now it is time to create the life that I want to live and experience in those areas of my life!
