life is easy.

life is easy? can it be? life is filled with challenges and obstacles. life is filled with wants, and more wants. i’m sure that you can give me a list of wants that you have right now, and you can tell me how they all seem to be just out of your grasp.

wants out of your grasp create feelings of overwhelm as you think about the lack of what you want, giving you stress, anxiety and fear.

how much do you truly want this want? how often do you think of this want? are your thoughts positive or negative? yes, there is a difference in wants. you have positive feeling wants and you have negative feeling wants.

a negative feeling want, can be a positive feeling want. if you are thinking about the want and feeling the lack of it, it is a negative feeling want, you are doing more to push the want away than to bring it closer to you.

when you are feeling negatively towards your wants you see all the challenges and obstacles. you see these as blocks and allow them to slow you down or to stop you in the pursuit of your want.

a positive feeling want is a want that you think about with positive desire, feeling happy and grateful that you choose to create the want in your life. feeling connected, high energy, enthusiasm and excitement for how you will feel when you have this want.

when you are connected to your wants positively, life is easy. when you are thinking positively about your wants you open yourself to opportunities to create what you want. energy is flowing to you and through you. you are inspired to take action.

i imagine that you can look back at the wants that you have had in your life and tell me about some that were negative feeling and took a long time to get the want. i also imagine that you can tell me about positive feeling wants you now enjoy that came to you easily.

what do you want now? is it a negative feeling want or a positive feeling want?

choose to think positively about what you want. connect to how you will feel living with this want and let the positive feelings give you energy, enthusiasm and excitement to create what you want.

what do you want to create?

i am going to challenge myself to be grateful – more than i ever have. to be a positive energy that is felt when i am with others. to feel gratitude and be grateful throughout the entire day; grateful, happy and positive for all things big and small throughout my day.

i want to create a habit of gratitude in my activities, in my thoughts, in my being, in my doing. when my thoughts are negative i want to think about what is most important, what i want to create, and what i am grateful for.

i am judging of myself often in many areas of my life. there is a lot i want and i am grateful for that awareness so i can choose what i want to create. but i judge myself when i’m not being or doing what i want and when i don’t make the choices to create the life i want to live.

what will happen if i am grateful for this awareness, grateful for my experience, grateful for learning and growth, grateful for opportunity, and stop judging? what will happen if i am grateful for my being, my doing and my experiencing and stop judging because i know that i am growing and will not be, do and experience perfectly?  that i will make mistakes, bad choices, choices that aren’t creating what i want but giving me instant gratification. sometimes that’s okay, sometimes it’s truly not what i want and then i judge myself.

let go the judging. feel gratitude and choose to think about what’s most important to me, what i want, what i want to create.

i am choosing to be positive and grateful. i want a positive energy creating what i want for myself and for others. there is a lot of good in my life and it’s easy to be grateful for it. there is a lot of challenge in my life and it is easy to feel overwhelmed. i am going to be aware. i am going to think about what i want, what i can do to create what i want. i am going to ask myself, “what do i want to create?”

risk

i know that i can create what i want.

how much risk is good? what risks are good?

i have been taking risks lately and it is scary. i can easily spiral into overwhelm thinking about the possibility of failure of the risk, or other areas of my life being effected.

thinking about the risk and that it got me something that i wanted, something that is important to me and being aware that the risk is part of growing in an upward spiral is uplifting. thinking about why it is important to me creates the positive energy that i need to make the risk not so risky.

to think about how i can make it work, and to create more of all that i want is energizing and exciting. that is how i connect to the positive feelings, thinking about what i want and how to make that happen. i am thinking of possibilities instead of thinking about the obstacle.

i’m connecting to why what i want is most important to me and creating a burning desire to achieve that. my desire creates the positive energy for me to take action and grow through the challenge and have what i want. to live the life that i want to live.

judging to gratitude

I was down and I was judging myself, thinking about all the things that I failed to do, all the things that I wanted to do and wasn’t disciplined enough to do them. thinking about the things that I want. feeling them missing. feeling the lack of all I want in my life. judging what I should have or could have done differently to not have failed and had the outcome that I wanted.

feeling the negative creates the desire, gratitude and appreciation for the positive. I  started thinking about what I want, and that turned my judging into gratitude. it changed my attitude for the day from negative to positive. I feel focused and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks instead of the stress and overwhelm that I was feeling about all I need to and want to do.

thinking about what I want created a shift of focus from judging to gratitude.

what creates the gratitude feeling? thinking about your wants – who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience and why you want those things. building the image of your dreams and desires, your goals and visions. getting the image clearer and clearer in your mind. and then bringing it into the present moment asking, what is most important now?

it’s a letting go and an allowing. it’s an opening to the God/Universe and not trying to control. it’s being aware of where you are, accepting that it is, and knowing where you want to go and taking action to get there.

for me, thinking about what I want, then what is most important to me, allowed my mind to get clear and focus on what I can do to move forward. I was connecting to myself.

I connected with my inner being. I switched the thoughts of judging to thoughts of who I want to be, what I want to do, what I want to experience, and what I can DO to be who I want to be, do what I want to do, and experience what I want to experience.

what I know is that challenge is growth. my negative feelings are a challenge to me, negative feelings are an indicator that who you are, what your’re doing is different than what you want to do, who you want to be. connecting to that awareness is the beginning of growth. deciding what you are going to do to create what you want is growth in action. habits and routines help to create more and more action.

i was thinking about questions i ask myself, and wondering what should i ask myself when making decisions and a new question came to me, “what do i want to create?”

“will this create what I want? is this creating what i want?”

there is a lot that i want. i know that i can have it, create it and experience it. i don’t know how, and i don’t have to know how. i will do what i can from here, and i will grow and create.

lost in thought. lost in dream. i love visualizing and imagining. when i visualize and imagine i connect to me inner being and connect to my dreams and desires.

visualizing and imagining creates new ideas and new thoughts to explore what i want. who i want to be, what i want to do and what i want to experience.

do you play with life?

playing with life is trying new things. not only new adventures and experiences, but new habits and routines as well.

playing with life is finding out what makes you happy. it is finding out what works best for you to create the life that you want to live.

playing with life is being open to possibilities that you might not have considered before.

we are all unique with our own experiences, passions, strengths and weaknesses. we are also unique in what habits and routines work for us in our daily lives. we are unique with our bodies, minds, emotions and spiritual wellbeing.

playing with life is determining what is best for you, and doing it in your own way. and as you grow and change; playing with life is growing and changing what you do to enjoy life, as well as what habits and routines you have to create the life that you want to live.

How many ideas do you have for all different areas of your life? How many ideas for wants that you have? How many ideas for new wants?

Ideas to create the visions that you want. Ideas for new experiences that you want to have. Ideas for living your life fully.

What do you do with the many ideas that you have? What should you do with all the ideas that you have?

Some ideas should be acted upon as soon as possible to create what they can create.

Some ideas are a springboard for new ideas and new visions that can be held, live their purpose quickly and can then be let go.

Some ideas will surface, then sink down again and resurface later when you are ready for the change and growth that the idea will bring.

How do you feel when you get a new idea? When you feel more strongly about an idea that idea is one that you should take more immediate action on.

It is easy to get comfortable, to think that we are living  the life that we want to live, which we most the time are. But… are you growing? expanding? creating? Are you becoming more? Are you doing more?

I get comfortable in my life. And I am so happy and grateful when I become aware that I have become comfortable in an area of my life; that I am not being all that I want to be, that I am not doing all that I want to do, that I am not experiencing all that I want to experience.

What do I want? What is most important to me? Am I doing all that I can? Am I creating the life that I want to live, or am I living in ‘comfort’?

It is time for me to ‘rock the boat’ in some areas of my life. I feel it, I am aware of it, and now it is time to create the life that I want to live and experience in those areas of my life!
