Living your truth is living a fulfilled life. What is fulfillment to you? What are the things that are going to have you looking back on your life, when you are transitioning to a new way of being through death; with love, joy and gratitude feeling that you lived and experienced your life fully?


Were you the person who you wanted to be? Did you do the things to experience your life dreams and desires and what was most important to you? Did you experience what you wanted feeling love, joy and gratitude?

Feeling fulfilled is feeling and experiencing the positive feelings; love, joy, gratitude, happiness, abundance, peace and serenity. Who you choose to be and what you choose to do will give you those feelings. You will need to know what it is that gives you those feelings, what it is that is fulfilling to you.

These questions changed my life. These are some of the questions I asked myself during the beginning of my transformation to becoming who I am today that made a big impact on my being who I want to be and my doing what I want to do.

I asked myself these questions and because I answered truthfully and honestly, I am living and experiencing the life that I want to live. Growing, expanding and experiencing my life journey.

I continue to ask myself these questions so that I continue to enjoy living a fulfilled life. Life happens, and we grow and change with our experiences. What was fulfilling before may longer be what is fulfilling now.

Fully Living

I’ve been evaluating where I am and where I’m going. Who do I want to Be? What do I want to DO? What do I want to EXPERIENCE? How do I want to LIVE?

Am I living my life fully?


I am happy and grateful to question that, am I fully living? because to me, that means I’m growing.

I am living fully because I’m more than I was yesterday, I’m more than I was last week, last month, and last year. When I look at where I was, who I was, what I was doing, how I was living, and, look at my growth to who I am today. Right now, in this moment, I AM fully living!

I question if I’m fully living, because there is so much more I want to BE, so much more I want to DO and so much more I want to experience! I’ve learned that is the journey: being and doing, that is fully living!

I am living fully because I am growing and expanding, taking action and experiencing what is most important to me, my life goals!

I’m not ready for my physical experience to end, there is so much more that I want to experience. But if I were to die in my sleep tonight, I have lived a fulfilled and successful life.

Are you being who you want to be? Do you want to become more and better? Are you doing what you want to do? Do you want to do more? Do you want to do things in a different way? Are you experiencing what you want to experience? Are you living the life that you want to live?

Knowing what you want is an energy that guides you to living your truth. Knowing what you want creates the dreams and desires you have for yourself and living a life of wellbeing and fulfillment for yourself.

Knowing what you want, who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to experience creates the desire to do those things that allow for your growth and expansion into becoming the person that you want to be. To be the person that is living life fully, living their truth.

Health and Wellbeing

I was overweight. Obese. I struggled to get rid of weight, and I struggled to maintain weight. I tried different diets, different foods, and different workouts. My weight went up and down for many years.




I changed my attitude. I started changing my thoughts to positive thinking about what I want. I started visualizing how I wanted to look and feel.

As my attitude changed to more and more positive, my environment did too. A more positive environment created a more positive attitude. A more positive attitude created a more positive environment. And so it grew and expanded in that circular way, in many areas of my life all at the same time!

My goal weight was one hundred fifty something pounds, one-five-any number.

I visualized. I visualized myself being fit and toned kayaking wearing a bikini. That was my image of the vision for my weight (and still is).

I released the weight and kept releasing. Surpassing my goal of one-five-any number.  Surpassing my goal of wearing the same size clothes as I did in high school. I look and feel better than I did. I am healthier and more fit than I was in high school. I am getting younger, not older.



Now I am curious and wonder what more can I do for my body? How much better can I feel than even this? What more can I do?

I enjoy eating a mostly paleo diet. I enjoy the foods I eat. I enjoy feeling good in my body. I enjoy high energy! The foods I eat taste amazing and satisfy my nutritional body needs and emotional food pleasures. I am fulfilling myself with the foods I eat.

I enjoy yoga, strength training and cardio workouts. I love being outside – kayaking, running, hiking and earthing. I enjoy free flowing movements, my body free of tension and stress. I am fulfilling myself by connecting to nature and myself with my activities.

I have found that the better I feel the more I want to eat the good foods for my body and be more active.

I have desires that have expanded and grown to how I want to look and feel and the strength that I want to have. I want to become a black belt in tae kwon do. I want to enjoy many high adventure activities.

My health and fitness is about physical wellbeing as well as mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and spiritual wellbeing.

My health and wellbeing are a priority for me. When I made my health and wellbeing a priority, making the healthy choices for food and being active became easy, fun and good feeling!

What Priority

What are your priorities today? Are your priorities what you want them to be, or are they what somebody else wants them to be? Are you spending your time doing what makes you happy, doing what you enjoy?


Are your priorities today the same as your goals? Are you spending time on things that will move you in the direction of your goals, of the things that you want?

Follow Your Intuition

Do you follow your intuition? your inner being? Do you follow your gut instinct?

When you feel a nudging to do something, to take action, do you trust it and begin immediately?

Do you question if you are hearing your intuition, your inner being correctly? Do you worry that it would be a risk to follow your intuition? Do you worry that you will fail in doing what you feel pulled to do?

Take a deep breath and let all the doubt and worry go with your exhale.

Are you fulfilled?

Are you living a fulfilled life? Are you enjoying your life journey?

Most days I am aware that I am living the life that I am creating.

Other days, I get lost in the ‘what do I have to do next’, ‘and after that I have to…’. I become unaware of the present moment and get distracted by the seemingly ‘ALL’ that is calling, pulling, fighting for my attention.

I don’t like that feeling, it doesn’t feel good in my mind, in my heart or in my body. I feel overwhelmed and begin to feel the stress in my body.

As soon as I notice those negative feelings I focus on positive feelings and what I am grateful for. I focus on being in the present moment.

I don’t forget about what I have to do next, but I don’t allow for the ‘what do I have to do next’ to distract me. I focus my attention on what I am doing in the present moment.

When I focus my attention on the present moment I am free and able to enjoy what I’m doing. I am able to connect with what I’m doing and why I’m doing it.

If I’m spending time with my kids, preparing a meal, doing creative work, reading, preparing for a workshop, studying, cleaning, shopping, exercising, meditating, helping with homework, driving around like a taxi driver, working, in a meeting, folding laundry, paying bills, shoveling snow… whatever it is that I am doing, if I am fully present I am connected with what it is that I want.

Connecting with what I want is enjoying my life journey. Knowing what I want and taking action to do what I want is living a fulfilled life.
