imagination

with your imagination, you can build the picture of what you want. you can create the vision for the life that you want to live. with your imagination, you can clarify who you want to be, what you want to do and what you want to experience.

imagination activates your power. the power you have within yourself to create the life that you want to live. Napoleon Hill wrote, “… imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known.”

with your imagination you can imagine all the infinite possibilities that exist for your experiences and life journey. Wayne Dyer said, “An infinite of forests lies dormant within the dreams of one acorn.”

what is inside of you? have you dreamed and imagined the life that you want to live? there is so much that you can be and do.

Imagination and Gratitude

Do you know that you can choose to be grateful? Gratitude is an attitude, and we choose our attitude. We choose how we are going to respond to any situation. We choose how we are going to respond in each moment that we live and experience.

If you don’t like what is happening, or you don’t like how you are feeling, you can choose to feel positive feelings, you can choose to feel gratitude.

Gratitude has made a big difference in my life. It is gratitude that has tipped my life from feeling negative throughout the day to feeling positive throughout the day. Choosing to be grateful from the small to the big has changed me and transformed me. As I chose to be grateful and focused on the positive, I attracted and created more and more positive in my life.

I had moments in my life that I was feeling so low, so lost, so alone and I knew that I had to start focusing on positive. It is with gratitude that I was able to switch my focus to positive thoughts. I would open my journal and begin to write, “I am so happy and grateful for …” and I would begin to list what I was happy and grateful for. Some days this was not easy to do, I didn’t feel happiness for anything but my kids. And that is where I would start. “I am so happy and grateful for my kids, the sunshine, blue skies, coffee, sitting in the sun, green grass, kids playing outside, my deck” and slowly it would expand. “my job, being able to work from home, having a home, having a car, my family, my Grandpa, going to my Grandpa’s lake home, time spent with my family, traditions.” And slowly it would expand more into some of my wants and goals, and now all the way to my dreams and desires. “my business, reading, learning, a retreat center, writing a book, living in my dream home on the lake, traveling the world, being surrounded by nature.” Journaling in this way turned my negativity into positivity, and being able to focus on positive dreams and desires has made all the difference in my life.

I began to believe and trust more and more of the dreams and desires that I wrote about. I began growing and expanding, first in feeling good and positive more and more. Then expanding, like the ripples in the water, into all areas of my life and my being who I wanted to be, doing what I wanted to do and experiencing what I wanted to experience.

As I was grateful for what I wanted, I used my imagination. Imagination activated my power. The power we all have within ourselves to create the life that we want to live. Napoleon Hill wrote, “… imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known.”

With our imagination, we can build the picture of what we want. We can create the vision for the life that we want to live. With our imagination, we can clarify who we want to be, what we want to do and what we want to experience.

What are you grateful for? Are you imagining the life you want to live?

Live Your Truth!

Imagining

What are you imagining? Do you visualize yourself being who you want to be? Doing what you want to do? Living how you want to live? What does it feel like when you accomplish your dreams and desires? What’s your next desire?

“Everything that you want to create is already there. Your job is to connect yourself to it.“ ~Wayne Dyer

My imagination creates my reality.

I imagine what I want, the best of my dreams and desires. And I allow my imagination to grow and expand my ideas and what I want.

What is your reality? What are you imagining?

Live Your Truth!

limits

I am curious about limitations I have for myself. What am I aware of? What am I not aware of?

A question that I ask myself a lot is, ‘am I living fully?’, or ‘am I fully living?’ Am I? Are you?

I am living fully. I am not fully living, there is more that I can be, there is more that I can do and there is more that I can experience. But, I am creating the life that I want to live and I am growing, so, I am living fully.

Are you creating the life that you want to live; being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and experiencing what you want to experience?

What are you dreaming? What do you desire? Are you doing that? Are you living your dreams and desires? Are you living your truth?

“The only reason we don’t have what we want in life is the reasons we create why we can’t have them.” ~ Tony Robbins

What reasons are you giving for not living your dreams and desires? What excuses do you tell? There are no excuses, any excuses and limits are what we have set for ourselves. There can be obstacles. There can be challenges. Obstacles and challenges are experiences for our growth.

“The only limits on what you can accomplish are the limits YOU place on your own imagination.” ~Walt Disney

Imagine living the life that you want to live, you can live it. Think about how you are better from 5-10 years ago. You are growing and becoming more! Imagine and you will create the life that you want to live.

Live Your Truth!

Vision and Create Your Life

“The only person who succeeds is the person who is progressively realizing a worthy idea.” ~Earl Nightingale

Your worthy ideal is what you define it to be, the vision you have of the person you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience, how you want to feel. Your worthy ideal is your visions for living the life of your dreams and desires.

createabundanceheader

Your worthy ideal is all about you. What is most important to you, what fulfills you, what do you enjoy? Who do you want to be, what do you want to do, what do you want to experience?

Do you have the visions of living your dreams and desires in your mind? Do you imagine how you want to live? Imagination begins the creating of the life that you want to live.

“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” ~Bob Proctor

Life is a journey! It is not the destination that brings growth, peace and happiness, it is your journey and experiences, your values and goals guiding and directing you to achieve your vision, that bring excitement and energy, your happiness and success into your life.

Living your truth is being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and living how you want to live by knowing yourself deeply. Knowing your vision and what you want to experience. Creating a life that is happy and harmonious, fulfilling and successful, and you enjoying your life journey.

Are you living your truth? Are you imagining who you want to be? Are you visualizing what you want to do? Are you experiencing what you want to experience? Are you living and creating the life you want to live? Live your truth!

Gratitude – Why?

I’m in such a good mood and I’m so happy about it!

I didn’t wake up in a good mood. I woke up feeling down and I was judging myself. I was thinking about all the things that I failed to do, all the things that I wanted to do and wasn’t disciplined enough to do them. I was thinking about the things that I want, feeling them missing, feeling the lack of them in my life. I was judging what I should have or could have done differently to not have failed and had the outcome that I wanted.

I picked up my journal this morning and began writing about and thinking about what I want, and that turned my judging into gratitude. Thinking about what I want and why I wanted what I want changed my attitude for the day! A shift of focus from judging to gratitude. Now I feel focused and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks instead of the stress and overwhelm that I was feeling earlier about all I need to and want to do.

What creates the gratitude feeling? Thinking about your wants; who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience and WHY you want those things. Building the image of your dreams and desires, your goals and visions, getting the image clearer and clearer in your mind. Bringing the image of what you want into the present moment asking, what is most important now?

What do you want? Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to experience? Why?

What’s most important to you NOW in this present moment?

Live Your Truth!

What is on your mind?

Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to experience? How do you want to live?

vision board 2Do you see it in your mind? Do you imagine living the life of your dreams? Can you visualize it?

“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” ~Bob Proctor

Knowing what you want and keeping the image of your vision in your mind brings your vision closer to you every day.

Live Your Truth!

Imagine!

This last week I went to Hawaii with my daughters. We traveled by our jeep-plane-submarine. On our journey to Hawaii we experienced a couple of sharp turns, engine stalls and nose dives! We were falling out of our jeep-plane-submarine several times hanging on for our dear lives. We needed our binoculars to find Hawaii way down below, my daughter (who wasn’t driving) climbed out the top and to the front where the binoculars were packed in the bags. We arrived bumping along directly at our hotel. Our hotel was right on the beach; one floor of our room was all beds, another floor was for our surfboards (we are all expert surfers). We surfed with the dolphins and were surprised by a shark, but the dolphins were our friends and scared the shark away. At the luau we had fun on the swings, swinging as high as we could and leaning back to look at the world upside down. After a month in Hawaii we were jet skiing and jet skied all the way home. There was fun – there was adventure – there was doing something scary – and there was lots of smiles and laughter. It was an amazing time shared with my girls imagining and creating whatever we wanted!
