wandering mind

where does your mind wander?

do you imagine what your life can be?

do you imagine all that you want?

Photo by Oluremi Adebayo on Pexels.com

what is on your mind now?

positive? negative?

joyful? sad?

enthusiastic, excited energy

what do you choose to think about?

when your mind wanders, what do you choose?

what do you want to create?

choose to think about what you want

what will you think about today?

what will you imagine?

where will your mind wander?

stop your thoughts

what are your dominant thoughts throughout the day?

are your thoughts positive for what you want, grateful for the now moment, or negative?

when your thoughts are negative – feeling the lack of what you want, wandering aimlessly about things that are not true and will not happen, angry or overwhelmed – what do you do to stop your thoughts?

do you think about what you do want?

do you think about what you can be grateful for in the now moment?

do you journal, go for a walk, meditate?

do you say out loud “stop!” to interrupt the thought and pick a new one?

when you realize that your thoughts are negative, choose one of the above to stop those thoughts and focus on something positive.

what will you practice this week?

live your truth!

what’s important to you?

what’s important to me? do i think about that? do i make what’s important to me my priority?

am i living the way i want to live? am i living my truth?

what is important to me? who do i want to be? what do i want to do? what do i want to experience? how do i want to live?

i want many things. i want to be many things. i want to do many things. i want to experience many things.

but…

how often do i find my thoughts focused on the lack, what’s missing, what i don’t have, the lack of what i want.

if i’m focusing on the lack, i’m not putting my time and attention, my focus, on what’s important to me. what i want.

it’s only important because i make it so. and so i need to keep doing my best to keep my focus and attention and what i want, what’s most important to me.

if i allow my thoughts to stay focused on the lack when i become aware that my thoughts wandered off to thinking about the lack. then aren’t i choosing to make that important?

that’s not what i want. i don’t want the lack.

i want what i want, and i’m going to have it. i want to be who i want to be. i want to do what i want to do. i want to experience what i want to experience.

it’s important to me, and so i’m going to make it so.

what’s important to you? are you focused on what you want? who you want to be. what you want to do. what you want to experience.

what’s important to you? if it’s important to you, then make it so.

choose what’s important to you, and when your mind wanders to lack, choose what you want again. choose what’s important to you again, choose what you want again, choose again, and again, and again…

live your truth!

what are you creating?

thinking. creating.

there is much that we all want.

there is much that we all have.

we have created a lot! do you know all that you have created? are you aware?

do you know what you are creating now? is what you are creating what you are intending to create?

are you aware of what you are intending and what you are expecting?

are you aware of your thoughts?

do you believe that your thoughts create the life that you live?

do you believe that the thoughts in your mind manifest the life that you experience?

what are you creating?

do you trust that what you want will be?

do you worry and fret about what you don’t want?

do you imagine what it will be like when you have what you want?

what are you connected to?

what are your thoughts right now?

what are you creating?

relationships

how do we connect our thoughts and feelings to our relationships?

how do we experience thoughts in our relationships?

how do we experience feelings in our relationships?

do we judge?

are we being present?

i and myself

who is “i”? who is “myself”?

i was listening the other day and had some awareness to the pieces of me.

have you ever said to yourself, “i was listening to myself”, “i saw myself”, “i thought to myself” or “i found myself.”

i had never wondered who the “i” of me is, and who the “myself” of me is. i started thinking about the pieces of me differently. i am me, and i like to connect to my inner being. is the myself of me my inner being, and the i of me my thinking mind?

what is the difference between my inner being and my thinking mind?

my inner being is a deep wisdom, truth, energy, source. my inner being knows, believes and trusts. my inner being is calm, serene, positive, and love.

my thinking mind is random thoughts generated from past experience, the now moment, and the future that i want to create. my thinking mind can be positive, negative and everything in between. my thinking mind imagines and wonders “what if”. my thinking mind can get carried away about what isn’t true and become anxious.

having two pieces of me, which me am i the most of? which me do i want to be the most of?

if i am being the “i” of me in my thinking mind, i easily get lost in the daily routines and expectations and live life like a roller coaster.

if i am being the “myself”  of me in my inner being, i am connected to my deepest and truest part of me and live life like i’m flowing with the river.

what part of you are you the most of?

wandering thoughts

interesting how thoughts can change so much and be so different. thoughts being felt and connected to. thoughts being wanted and desired. and these feeling and thoughts will be the complete opposites of previous thoughts. what is it that causes such different thoughts, feelings and wants?

is it a difference of thinking with mind or thinking with heart? is it a difference of energy felt and had in each experience? is it a difference of how present i am in each moment of these feelings and these thoughts?

what is it to live in the present moment? to live in the now moment?

is being in the present moment letting go of all thoughts? our minds wander so much in a day; thinking, analyzing, worrying and dreaming. what should we let go? what should we allow?

i want to be fully present in the moment, or thinking positively about what i want and what’s most important to me. i want to be connected to what’s most important to me and experiencing what bring me joy and love. i want to grow and expand with my dreams and desires. what part of this is being in the present moment?

i don’t think i can answer the question, the moment has changed. each moment is different, each experience is different. with each new moment and each new experience our thoughts will change and grow.

when i don’t like a thought i will choose to focus on the now moment. when i don’t like a thought i will choose to think positive about what i want and connect to that feeling. i will choose to make the positive feeling my now moment.

my wandering mind. where will it wander to in the next moment?

life ripples

there are things that i want that confuse me. they are separate things, but related and part of my whole being. I go back and forth, and up and down in my thoughts. being influenced from all the pieces of me, the pieces of each of my life areas.

the things that i want effect each other. the things that i want are constantly changing with my experiences and thoughts.

imagine a smooth lake and it begins to rain. all the droplets are one small piece of you from an area of your life. the droplet ripples out and expands, touching and joining with all the other droplets ripples becoming one. effecting and changing each other, becoming whole as new droplets continue falling and adding new experiences.

what are you confused about? what are you going back and forth, and up and down with your thoughts about? are you aware of your thoughts and how they are changing your wants?

what is the whole being that the small pieces of you are creating? how are you growing and expanding with your life experiences and thoughts?

expectations

what are you expecting?

what you expect is what you allow.

are you expecting what you want? or are you expecting an old result from past experiences or unfulfilled wants? what are some of your natural thinking expectations you have from learned thinking habits?

  • I’m undeserving
  • it takes hard work
  • it takes too much time
  • it takes too much money
  • it’s only for other people, not for me
  • it comes with getting older

these are your paradigms, thoughts and actions that you don’t think about and just do or think, because they are part of your habitual thinking.

I am financially comfortable; my family and I have what we need, we enjoy activities, we enjoy vacations every year, I have some debts I would like to have been able to pay in total rather than monthly, we have just enough money or the right amount of money comes to us right when we need it, to get the things we judge to be most important and what we need the most.

but, I want to be financially free. I want my family and I to enjoy what we want, when we want it, I don’t want to have to plan to save because I don’t have the money for matching dressers in a bedroom, a new computer with more speed, a vacation to some place new, or attending seminars of my favorite mentors.

these are all things that we do now, but they require planning and sacrificing in other areas for us to do the thing we choose.

why?

it’s because I’m not allowing. I have old thought habits that are guiding my expectations, not the thoughts of expecting enjoying my new desires.

these old thought habits are coming from my experiences growing up and thought habits passed to me from the people I was surrounded by growing up.

awareness to old thought habits is going to allow for the change and replacing the old thought habits with the new expectation thoughts of what you really want to experience.

to get your desired expectation, you need to change or replace your paradigm with a new one. affirmations are good to use for giving your mind your desired expectation to think about. visualizing your desired expectation and connecting to it emotionally is good to get your mind thinking about your desired expectation.

are your thoughts for expecting what you desire?
