life ripples

there are things that i want that confuse me. they are separate things, but related and part of my whole being. I go back and forth, and up and down in my thoughts. being influenced from all the pieces of me, the pieces of each of my life areas.

the things that i want effect each other. the things that i want are constantly changing with my experiences and thoughts.

imagine a smooth lake and it begins to rain. all the droplets are one small piece of you from an area of your life. the droplet ripples out and expands, touching and joining with all the other droplets ripples becoming one. effecting and changing each other, becoming whole as new droplets continue falling and adding new experiences.

what are you confused about? what are you going back and forth, and up and down with your thoughts about? are you aware of your thoughts and how they are changing your wants?

what is the whole being that the small pieces of you are creating? how are you growing and expanding with your life experiences and thoughts?

what are you doing to have that experience in your life?

who do you need to be to have what you want?

what actions do you need to take to be ready for what you want?

wants are good in our life. when we have a want with desire we are likely to achieve experiencing the want in our lives.

wanting is different than feeling lack. wanting is connecting to our desire and feeling how we want to feel having attained it.

lack is feeling let down, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed.

wanting is feeling calm, creative, grateful, happy and love to experience what you want soon.

wants can be big or small. it does not matter the size, it matters how you connect to your want and what you are feeling.

when you feel positive; love, joy and gratitude you will have what you want before you realize that you have it.

what do you most want right now? how will you feel having that want fulfilled?

what are you passionate about?

do you have a burning desire to live your truth? to live your dreams and desires?

dreams and desires fulfill passions. passions fulfill purpose.

passion is having a burning desire to experience or to have something. there are many things that i want and many things that i want to experience. they don’t all have the same level of desire. and my desire for a thing or an experience changes as well.

what keeps passion and desire for the wanted thing or experience high?

it is normal for passion and desire to ebb and flow.

when your passion is low connect to how you want to feel having attained your want or having experienced what you want to experience.

do you ever get caught up in want, want want?

i know that i do. i want to be more, i want to do more, i want to experience more.

it is good to want. wanting to be more, wanting bigger, wanting more leads to growth and expansion. growth and expansion to be more and experience more of what you want is good.

i get too focused on wanting sometimes, and forget to celebrate. i get so caught up in the wanting that i don’t see where i am. i am not living in the present moment. i am not enjoying the journey.

it is good to be aware of where you currently are now, in the now moment. who are you being that you were not a year ago? what are doing that you were not doing a month ago? what are you experiencing that you were not experiencing last week?

celebrate where you are now! you are more than you were yesterday, last week, last month and last year. we get focused on our new want, want, want that we forget where we started from, how we have grown and expanded. when we connect the growth, we become aware of who we are in the NOW moment. we are able to enjoy our journey and not get lost in the want, want, want. celebrate your growth and expansion. celebrate who you are and who you want to be.

what do you really want?

have you ever been frustrated because a situation was not going how you want it to go?

you know, you are with a group of people, and it’s just not going the way that you want it to go. i mean, everybody should know that it’s supposed to happen exactly in this one way, your way. how could there be any other way than the way that you want it? and your just getting annoyed and frustrated because it’s not what you want. people aren’t acting according to what you want!

i have these moments. oh boy, i can get so frustrated that my body is tight and tense and i just want to scream and make it happen my way, and there just isn’t any way for me to do that!

I have learned, by some wonderful grace, to step back and look at the bigger picture. i will ask myself, “what do i really want?”

i am able to realize that the situation that i am trying to control is a small piece of the whole adventure of life, and although it may be something that should get done, in the whole picture of life – it’s not what’s most important!

my shoulders relax, my breathe deepens, and i am open to gratitude! i become grateful for this moment, in this moment i am connected to what i want, and what i want is to enjoy my life journey filled with amazing deep rich relationships. and that is what’s happening!

If not, why not?

I know that you will have many excuses, I have many excuses. But, let’s put them aside. Let’s kick our limiting beliefs out the door and open to all possibility and all opportunity.

What are your dreams and desires? What do you want to be when you grow up?

Identify what you want. Determine what you need to get you there.

You are never too __________, and there are no obstacles too big.

If you want it, you can be it! You can do it!

What small action can you take today to be who you want to be? and to do what you want to do?

how do I get all that I want?

I do not know how to get all that I want right now.

I know that I don’t need to know how, the Universe will guide me.

how do I let go and allow the Universe to guide me to all that I want?

do my best

I want a lot. I like a lot. I want more and more.

I want things for all areas of my life; health and wellbeing, intellectual and personal growth, family, God/spiritual, relationships and recreation, business/career, financial and giving back.

I am not able to do all that I want in all areas of my life every day. That is why it is important to me to be aware of what is most important to me in the present moment. When I know what is most important to me I am able to choose what to focus on.

When I know what I want to focus on I can do my best. Doing my best today can be different from what my best was yesterday or what my best will be tomorrow. But with all that I want in my life all that I can do is do my best.

My challenge is that when I realize and am aware of what I want, I want it as soon as possible. Doing my best is doing what I can with where I am in my life. And I don’t always feel it, but it is good that I do not get all that I want right away.

The growth and expansion that comes from the actions and challenges of getting what I want is more important than achieving the want. The journey is full of meaning, full of growth and the journey is what brings transformation and new wants, expanded wants or wants that determine you do not want a particular want anymore.

Are you doing your best? Do your best today, do your best tomorrow, and you will experience your own growth and transformation!

comfort

What do you want? Are choosing what it is that you most want?

Or, are you living a life that you are comfortable living?

It is easy to get comfortable, to think that we are living  the life that we want to live, which we most the time are. But… are you growing? expanding? creating? Are you becoming more? Are you doing more?

I get comfortable in my life. And I am so happy and grateful when I become aware that I have become comfortable in an area of my life; that I am not being all that I want to be, that I am not doing all that I want to do, that I am not experiencing all that I want to experience.

What do I want? What is most important to me? Am I doing all that I can? Am I creating the life that I want to live, or am I living in ‘comfort’?

It is time for me to ‘rock the boat’ in some areas of my life. I feel it, I am aware of it, and now it is time to create the life that I want to live and experience in those areas of my life!
