what is this feeling?

what is this feeling?

what is this feeling that is bubbling up inside of me?

am i going to face it head on?

confront and go deep within?

go through what this emotion is showing me?

go through what this emotion is giving me?

what is this feeling?

what is this feeling that is shaking up inside of me?

am i going to see what it is showing me?

hear what it is telling me?

walk with this emotion and explore the journey?

walk with this emotion and follow where it leads?

what is this feeling?

what is this feeling that is waking me up?

am i going to enjoy what this emotion brings me?

celebrate and grow?

be grateful for this emotion’s expansion?

be grateful for this emotion’s awareness?

what is the feeling?

what is this feeling tickling up inside of me?

am i going to run away?

positive or negative, high or low?

experience this emotion’s challenge?

experience this emotion’s knowledge?

what is this feeling?

today is a day to explore

today i become aware of myself

today is a day to feel, to grow, to expand

today is a day to embrace me, to love me

what is this feeling?

what do you need to learn?

i’ve been writing a book. i enjoy the writing and feeling the creative energy moving through me into thoughts and words on the paper. still, i have stopped and started multiple times. i am in the phase of my review and editing before i  pass it on to the experts in other areas that i will need help with.

amazingly, and not surprisingly (although it does still happily surprise me when the universe gives me exactly what i need), i saw an online summit for authors and publishing and have been listening to many sessions all about being an author and publishing.

i knew that there were decisions that i need to make and that i didn’t know what my decision should be because i didn’t have the knowledge to make the decision. after listening to the summit sessions i am able to make many decisions to keep moving forward with publishing my book. and the decisions i still need more information to make a decision, i know where to look for the information.

i like this experience, it reminds me that though i’ve been moving forward (although haltingly) with this process of writing and publishing my book, there were still things that i needed to learn and get educated about.

what are you working on in your life? what are you moving forward to that you need more information? where can you get that information? what are you going to do to get the information you need to keep moving forward and growing in the direction that you want to go and grow?

keep and learning and growing!

what’s important to you?

what’s important to me? do i think about that? do i make what’s important to me my priority?

am i living the way i want to live? am i living my truth?

what is important to me? who do i want to be? what do i want to do? what do i want to experience? how do i want to live?

i want many things. i want to be many things. i want to do many things. i want to experience many things.

but…

how often do i find my thoughts focused on the lack, what’s missing, what i don’t have, the lack of what i want.

if i’m focusing on the lack, i’m not putting my time and attention, my focus, on what’s important to me. what i want.

it’s only important because i make it so. and so i need to keep doing my best to keep my focus and attention and what i want, what’s most important to me.

if i allow my thoughts to stay focused on the lack when i become aware that my thoughts wandered off to thinking about the lack. then aren’t i choosing to make that important?

that’s not what i want. i don’t want the lack.

i want what i want, and i’m going to have it. i want to be who i want to be. i want to do what i want to do. i want to experience what i want to experience.

it’s important to me, and so i’m going to make it so.

what’s important to you? are you focused on what you want? who you want to be. what you want to do. what you want to experience.

what’s important to you? if it’s important to you, then make it so.

choose what’s important to you, and when your mind wanders to lack, choose what you want again. choose what’s important to you again, choose what you want again, choose again, and again, and again…

do you trust yourself?

do you trust yourself to create the life that you want?

do you trust yourself to make choices that put you first?

do you trust yourself and let go to being who you want to be?

do you trust yourself and let go to doing what you want to do?

do you trust yourself and let go to experiencing what you want to experience?

trust.

let go of something and trust yourself a little more today!

do and learn

i have a stack of books that i want to read, and a list of books that i want to purchase.

there are many things that i want to do.

there are many things that i want to experience.

there are many places that i want to go, explore and see the wonders of nature.

i love to learn, to grow and experience new things.

what do you want to learn?

what new activity do you want to try?

where do you want to go?

what do you want to explore?

learn or do something new today.

live your truth!

who am i?

are you connected to who you are? who you want to be?

do you have or know what your internal compass is? what are your values and what’s most important to you? your values and what’s most important to you guide you.

what is your purpose and passion for living your life? your purpose is for you and you alone, to share only as you may wish.

what do you want to do?

what experiences do you want to have? why do you want to have those experiences?

is that what you are living? is that what you are choosing?

balance

do you live a balanced life?

i don’t believe that we ever truly have a balanced life. if life were balanced, it would probably be pretty dull. not being in balance gives us an area of our lives to experience challenge and growth.

pexels-photo-965158.jpeg

what areas of your life are you feeling a little out-of-balance in?

  • personal and spiritual growth
  • fun and recreation
  • finances
  • business/career
  • family and friends
  • physical environment
  • health and wellbeing
  • romance

i’m feeling a little out-of-balance in my fun and recreation and business/career areas. i would like change in my business/career so i am getting my professional coach certification and enjoying coaching clients. i have a desire for more fun and recreation in my life, i want to enjoy more time and new experiences with my friends and family.

it’s amazing to me how you can focus on one area of your life to make it better and more of what you want it to be, and it effects all the other areas of your life as well. you create more in your life area of focus and it ripples into the other areas of your life and they become better too.

are you causing ripples in your life?

what area of life would you like to focus on and make better?

live your truth!

what do you like?

when do you enjoy what you like currently in your life?

where can you add doing more of what you like into your life?

what will doing more of what you like feel like to you?

what will doing more of what you like mean to you?

do more of what you like.

letting go

i love summer and seeing the trees full of their leaves. i like to watch the leaves shining, shimmering as they dance and reflect the sun. i too love the pieces of me, dancing and moving together reflecting the different pieces of me and who i am.

i am not always happy to see the leaves falling, and i resist the thought of summer and fall passing into winter. what am i resisting in my life? what pieces of me am i holding onto that i need to let go to allow for growth?

why do i resist? the trees don’t resist the letting go of their leaves. it is nature. it is natural. it is intended for growth to let go and allow for change.

CAM00844.jpg

what do i need to let go? the change of seasons indicates that letting go for being and new growth is needed. i need change for my being and growth too.

it’s not easy to let go some pieces of you, even the pieces you don’t want, they are connected to you, a part of you. i have experienced, letting go allows for growth.

and so i do so again. this time, not so graciously, i put up a fight. i kicked and screamed. i allowed myself to do the kicking and the screaming, i allowed all that energy to flow through me. and when i was done, i let it go.

i let it leave me, i decided that i could feel it and that i didn’t have to hold onto it.

right away i felt lighter. right away i felt freer. right away i felt new positive energy coming in to create and grow in the direction that i want to go.

i was being truer to myself and allowing more of me to be who i want to be, allowing more of me to do what i want to do, and allowing more of me to experience what i want to experience.

it’s interesting to me that as the trees have lost their leaves, i too have lost some pieces of me. i let go what needed to be let go to allow for my being and growth. i let go what i needed to let go to live my truth.

what change do you want? what do you need to let go?

live your truth!

what do you want?

in my coaching class i answered questions as if i was beginning coaching with a coach. it was good to reflect and to connect to my dreams and desires. it was good to prepare as if i was going to coaching.

preparing like i was actually going to be coaching will help me to move forward and give me accountability to myself.

i have questions on my mind for discovery of what i want and what i can do to move forward in certain areas of my life. i have actions that i want to take. i am aware of what’s most import to me and what my challenges to focus on right now are.

i have a clearer thought and image of what i want and what i will do in the next 6 months and the next 30 days. i know where to direct my energy.

  • who do you want to be?
  • what do you want to do?
  • what do you want to experience?
  • what goals, dreams and desires do you want to accomplish in the next 6 months?
  • what do you want to accomplish, change or create in the next 30 days?
