enthusiasm missing?

how life events and experiences effect me are intriguing. i’m thinking and wondering know what my vision, my dreams and desires. i’m excited about all that i want, and i want it all…

i don’t feel the enthusiasm i once did, i don’t feel as connected as i once did.


luckily i know and realize i can choose to be enthusiastic and i can visualize and imagine more than i have been. i realize life happens and i change and grow in life.

so… i choose to be enthusiastic! i choose to imagine and visualize what i want! i choose to connect!

I’ve been thinking about what I want, about what’s most important to me. Choosing to think about what I want creates positive energy in my day.

Being grateful, finding gratitude in all that is creates positive energy in my day.

Creating the image of what I want and visualizing all that I want, becoming attached to it emotionally create positive energy in my day.

To create positive living every day and most every moment, and to create a burning desire for my passion that I am growing and expanding in my passion and purpose and that I am living and experiencing life fully. I am living my truth.

Awareness of who I am and what I want. Who I want to be. What I want to do. What I want to experience. Creating the life I want to live. Creating the burning desire to Be, to Do, and to Experience!

Living in trust! That is want I want. Gratitude, present moment, act as if, do my best at what I can, do what’s most important to me. Choosing positive. Saying ‘no’ to say ‘yes’ to what I want. Living in trust.

Do you know who you are? Do you know who you want to be? Do you know what you want to do? Do you know what you want to experience?

Building, creating the image and desire for what I want. Visualize and imagine all that I want. Feel what I will feel living what I want. Live in trust.

Taking risks that I might fail. Knowing that I will fail. Knowing failures are part of growth. Trusting failures and being grateful for the experiences. Failure experiences and success experiences. Growth experiences and fulfillment experiences.

Loving myself enough to live life fully! Loving those most important to me that they live life fully! Live in trust!

Are you taking risks? Are you loving yourself enough that you life your life goals, your life dreams? Are you loving yourself enough that you are living a fulfilled life?

accept what is

it is what is is and i’ll do my best and let go the rest.

you do not need to be emotionally attached to the outcome of anything. you can accept that it is not what you want it to be. as soon as you accept that, the negativity and lack and overwhelm drift away.

you still have your wants, wanting more, wanting it to be better than it is, but you do not have the worry and fret, and you don’t have to try to do it all.

for the things that i want, i can do what i can to create them, and, let go the rest. trust that what is, is supposed to be. trust that this moment will lead to the next moment. that each moment is what it is supposed to be and that you will grow and expand and what you want will be.

some of your wants will be exactly what you want, some of your wants you will let go completely because you no longer want it, and some of your wants will be much more and better than you ever imagined they would and could be.

what can you accept today? accept what is, trust that this moment will lead into the next moment exactly as it should.

accepting what is, you let go the negative feelings and allow for the positive feelings. what in this experience can you be grateful for? what is it that you want?

find the gratitude that is in the moment, there is always something when you are willing to look and find it.

imagine and visualize what it is that you want and begin to attract the into your life.

let go, and allow the positive to flow back to you!

I AM love! I AM so happy and grateful! I AM abundant! I AM free! I AM happy! I AM positive! I AM being! I AM doing! I AM experiencing!

sometimes I forget to be grateful. sometimes, maybe a lot of times, I forget to trust. sometimes I forget to love. sometimes I forget to be present. sometimes I forget to think positive. sometimes I forget to visualize.

Visualize! Gratitude! Trust! Imagine! Love! Desire! Dream! Gratitude! Trust!

I like playing with life, and these are some of the things that I expect in my daily life and that I play with a lot!

Let go the How

One of the more challenging things in this thing called life is letting go the how. I want more money, “How am I going to get more money?” I want more time, “How can I squeeze more time for me from my day?” How can I squeeze more time for my family, for pursuing my dream, for exercise, for being out in nature?

Thinking about the how can be overwhelming and other negative emotions. Worry, doubt, fear, anxiety.

To feel the positive emotions, let go the “how”, and think about what you do want.


Visualize and imagine what you want, feeling how you want to feel when you are enjoying being and doing what you want to do.

As you imagine and visualize what you want, you will clarify what you want. Ideas will come to you for the actions that you can take to achieve what you want.

You will have what you want with little effort, but the effort that you use to imagine and visualize what you truly want and desire.

Imagine! Build the image in your mind.

Do you use your imagination?

Imagining who you want to be. Imagining what you want to do. Imagining what you want to experience. Imagining how you want to feel. Imagining how you want to live.


Imagine waking in your dream home excited and enthusiastic for a new day! Intending an amazing day being who you want to be, doing what you want to do, experiencing what you want to experience, living how you want to live. Imagine your morning with time freedom? What would you be doing? Sharing a morning cup of coffee? Watching the sun wake nature around you? Giving your body an energizing workout? Meditating? Reading? Breakfast in bed? Personal growth activities? Imagine your daily activities are doing what makes you happy and fulfilling your purpose and what you are most passionate about. Imagine your evening filled with love and abundance. What would you be doing? Eating a delicious meal with family and/or friends? Going for a walk through the trees? Playing a game? Watching a movie? Relaxing in front of a crackling fire? Reading? Gazing at the stars? Enjoying a deep rich chat with someone you love dearly? Imagine closing your eyes at night with your heart and whole being filled with love, peace, joy and gratitude for a day lived fully!

Let your imagination go wild and free, dream and dream BIG. Imagination allows you to be open to new ideas, new creativity and more expansion. Imagination is all the infinite possibilities in reality.

I am curious about limitations I have for myself. What am I aware of? What am I not aware of?

A question that I ask myself a lot is, ‘am I living fully?’, or ‘am I fully living?’ Am I? Are you?

I am living fully. I am not fully living, there is more that I can be, there is more that I can do and there is more that I can experience. But, I am creating the life that I want to live and I am growing, so, I am living fully.

Are you creating the life that you want to live; being who you want to be, doing what you want to do and experiencing what you want to experience?

What are you dreaming? What do you desire? Are you doing that? Are you living your dreams and desires? Are you living your truth?

What reasons are you giving for not living your dreams and desires? What excuses do you tell? There are no excuses, any excuses and limits are what we have set for ourselves. There can be obstacles. There can be challenges. Obstacles and challenges are experiences for our growth.

Mom’s Rules

It seems like there are rules for everything. How to eat, how to workout, how to save money, how to spend money, how to work, how to sleep, how to live. Don’t do this, do that, do it this way.

My kids have ‘Mom’s Rules’, I always tell them – ‘choose to be happy’, ‘do your best’ and ‘have fun’. Life is meant to be lived, experienced and enjoyed! Below is a list of some ‘rules’ that I live my life by.

Erin’s Rules

  • Choose to be happy – You can choose to be happy and have a good day. It is your choice to react or respond in a way you want to be, do and live.
  • Do your best – Always do your best at whatever you are doing.
  • Be! Do! Live! – Be who you want to be, do what you want to do, and live how you want to live.
  • Enjoy the journey – Experience life fully! Happiness is enjoyed in life’s moments and experiences.
  • Love unconditionally – Love without judging.
  • Be curious – Explore, learn and imagine, let your imagination free.
  • Smile – A smile can brighten a day.
  • Have goals and visions – Goals are your life journey and give your life purpose.
  • Live in present moment awareness – Be present to what you are doing and who you are with.
  • Be positive – Having a positive attitude and positive thoughts create your positive results.
  • Take care of yourself – Put yourself first, emotionally mentally and physically.
  • Grow – Continually become better, being who you want to be and doing what you want to do.
  • Believe in yourself – You can be, do and have anything that you desire.
  • Play! Create! Live! – Play with life and create the life that you want to live.
  • Be active – Move your body.
  • Quiet your mind – Allow your mind to free itself of all thought.
  • Enjoy nature – Connect to Earth’s beauty and magnificence.
  • Be grateful – Feeling gratitude for your experiences attracts positive to you.
  • Have fun – Enjoy what you are doing. Laugh out loud. Be silly. Be free.
