where is home in your body? when do you feel the most peace and love? is home a place, or is home in your heart and you take it with you?

i can name a place that i am the most “at home” feeling. i love to be there and go as often as i can.

what about that particular place makes me feel “home”? love, being connected, quiet, tranquility, nature, relaxed, positive energy, no distractions, being in the flow.

what are the feelings you have when you feel “home”? what do you experience when you feel the most “at home”?

simplify

it’s august, the end of summer quickly nearing. the summer days of being care-free didn’t come for me, is summer here and gone already?

the moments of noticing time going so fast is when i really step back and want to simplify life and allow it to slow done. ssllloooowwwww down.

what can i let go to be able to enjoy some of those care-free moments? honestly though, i want more than a moment, i want a day, a week, a month…

i want to go beyond care-free and live a life of relaxed calm, enjoying and sharing life and all it’s great moments in relaxed calm.

maybe that isn’t really what i want. i want growth, and growth comes with challenges of getting from where i am now to where i want to be. maybe the relaxed calm is living in awareness, choosing with definiteness of purpose for what i want to create, and being grateful for all that surrounds me.

simply live. live in awareness. live in positive choice. live in gratitude. live in love.

love is?

thinking about love and what i want. thinking about what i’ve learned about love is giving and not worrying about getting. love is about the act of loving without expecting anything in return.

what does that look like?

how does that fit in with all that i want to experience and share in relationships?

a desire for a relationship, a choice to be in a relationship, then loving…

is that all there is to love?

sunshine heartis there expectation in choice? or you love yourself first, which would be in the choices you make. positive choices, choices for what you desire and what’s most important to you. the choice, it is two in one to love without expectation. choose to love without expectation. and choose to be in a relationship. and keep choosing, keep choosing to love without expectation and keeping choosing the relationships you want.

then sharing and experiencing love in a relationship. and this part is the act of love without expectation. sharing and experiencing life together in a relationship that you want. don’t expect life and love to come from the relationship, share and experience life and love in the relationship.

if you love yourself first in choosing what you desire and what’s most important to you, then when loving another you will be getting what you want. in the ups and downs and ebbs and flows of life and experiences, you will be sharing and experiencing in relationship. loving yourself is giving to yourself, loving yourself is giving to relationship and loving the other, giving to relationship and loving the other is loving yourself.

i choose my relationships. i give to my relationships and love the other. i am happy and grateful for my relationships! now… now, i am going to practice loving without expectation.

I’ve been thinking about what I want, about what’s most important to me. Choosing to think about what I want creates positive energy in my day.

Being grateful, finding gratitude in all that is creates positive energy in my day.

Creating the image of what I want and visualizing all that I want, becoming attached to it emotionally create positive energy in my day.

To create positive living every day and most every moment, and to create a burning desire for my passion that I am growing and expanding in my passion and purpose and that I am living and experiencing life fully. I am living my truth.

Taking risks that I might fail. Knowing that I will fail. Knowing failures are part of growth. Trusting failures and being grateful for the experiences. Failure experiences and success experiences. Growth experiences and fulfillment experiences.

Loving myself enough to live life fully! Loving those most important to me that they live life fully! Live in trust!

sometimes I forget to be grateful. sometimes, maybe a lot of times, I forget to trust. sometimes I forget to love. sometimes I forget to be present. sometimes I forget to think positive. sometimes I forget to visualize.

Today I am in overwhelm, positive, happy, love, joy and gratitude overwhelm.

I was listening to music that resonates with me. The lyrics touch me deep in my soul, for me and my life. What I want to live and what I am living.

These are the moments I thank God that I’m alive

Living in the moment. Of course there’s more that I want, we are always growing and we are always creating, but I have grown and have become and am living so much of what I want to live. I am overwhelmed with love and joy and gratitude for all that I have, all that I am living, all that I am experiencing.

And it’s just awesome! It’s small moments that are so important.

Being present with those most important to me. Being present enjoying what I am passionate about. Being present in my awareness and in experiencing my life journey.

So often I see what I want, what I want, what I want and I focus on, “this isn’t what I want, I want this…”. And that’s why I’m just loving the Sara Evans song right now. “Being right here in this moment, right here with you.”

I think about being in the moment with my kids and I have so many moments of love and joy and gratitude with them. And it’s overwhelming me today, and it’s amazing and I’m loving it and I’m so grateful for those moments and that I am aware of them.

I think about being in the moment with all my life, and what I want, and what I am already experiencing. And I am so grateful!

Multiple Mes

My mind was wandering the other day and I began thinking about how nice it would be to have multiple Mes to be able to do do do and be be be.

My kids have even commented there needs to be clones of me.

Like Michael Keaton in the comedy movie Multiplicity, clone myself so that I can have one of me to help each of my kids with the homework, cook dinner, clean the house, do those tedious work tasks. What would be on your list?

Me, I wouldn’t want to miss those moments and experiences, the moments of pure joy, love and gratitude. The journey, the growth.  The moments that you are able to see a struggle or challenge that you experienced and lived and the impact that experience had on your life.

Being able to recall a favorite memory, life experiences and little experiences, and see how it made you feel and be able to experience it again in our mind and feel those wonderful feelings of love and gratitude.

I don’t want to miss living life fully and experiencing all that I want.

Yes, there are areas of my life I like to dream about having a multiple me, but I know that I wouldn’t choose to have myself cloned.

It makes me think and focus on what is most important to me now. So the house doesn’t get cleaned, so dinner isn’t ready when I wanted it to be. My kids and I laughed and I was able to help teach them, help guide them on their journey.

And tomorrow, tomorrow I will choose what is most important to me in the NOW moment again.

Victim to Grateful

My mind was wondering tonight and I had some thoughts and aha moments (I love those).

Am I being grateful?

I had an awakening to the idea that I was allowing myself to be the victim in some areas of my life. Not just allowing, but choosing, to be the victim in some areas of my life. (what?! that’s not who I am, but it is me and part of my growth.)

I was focusing on the lack for what I want and allowing negative thinking and feelings to circle through my mind. Feeling that I’m not worthy, I’m not loved, I’m not deserving.

Even though I know I am worthy. I am loved. I am deserving. I am love.

Yet, I was allowing myself to be the victim of those feelings of unworthiness in thinking about what I want and why I don’t have it. I was not taking responsibility for what I want.

I was choosing thoughts of being a victim, and not choosing positive thoughts of gratitude.

I have so much of what I want! Why was I choosing to focus on what I don’t have?

I choose gratitude! I choose positive! I choose to be grateful for everything that I do have! Grateful for everything I do! Grateful for everything I experience! Grateful for who I am!

I am deserving! I am loved! I am worthy! I am love!
