are you being?

is it easy for you to be?

i’m defining be as being present in the moment, not worrying about the future and not analyzing the past. being present.

is it easy for you to be?

when is it that you are the most present, being fully present – for your self, for those that you are with, for what you are doing?

what distracts you from being present?

it is hard to be present, especially throughout the whole day.

what do you do to become present, to become aware?

i like to surround myself with nature, quiet my mind with meditation, journal, activities that connect myself to me.

i am distracted by what i want and what i’ve experienced. there is a time for reflection and there is a time for looking forward. those times are a time to be present for those activities.

to be present as much as possible i have routines and habits i’ve created. with an ever changing world (as it should be) i am continually changing and growing my routines and habits.

i haven’t been being like i want to be.

i haven’t been as present as i want to be. i did some reflecting and have chosen some things to focus on to be more present throughout my day.

  • meditating at noon for 5 minutes
  • visualizing what i want
  • getting outside as much as i can

what helps you to be?

what helps you to be present? what are you going to focus on to be more present today?

aha moment

what was your last ‘aha’ moment?

did it come to you while you were thinking? while you were being active? while you were in water?

is there a common trigger for you to have an ‘aha’ moment?

what do you do with your ‘aha’?

do you take action? do you jot it down so you don’t forget what it was?

what ‘aha’ has been repeated for you?

my recent ‘aha’ moment is a repeat to me for different thoughts and situations.

to live each day as if it’s my first and as if it’s my last. a reminder to me to be curious, to be present, and to create what i want.

what is your recent ‘aha’? tell me what it is and what it inspires in you

time gets away

time

what is time exactly? minutes, seconds, days, hours, years. moon cycles. the rising and setting of the sun.

what does time mean to you?

how do you use time?

does time seem to slip away? how is time getting away from you?

what do you want to do in a moment?

what do you want to do in a day, hour, week, year?

are you doing what’s most important to you?

are you grateful for what you choose to do?

are you aware of what you are choosing with your moments of time?

time

how real is time? how important is time?

what are you doing in each moment, and what gratitude you feel is how you are using your time.

enjoy your time, your moments

balance

what is balance?

when do you feel balanced?

when do you feel out of balance?

balance is something we experience for a moment or two, and life happens, we’re back out of balance.

why do we always try to attain a balance that is unattainable?

i’m not sure. but i know that i do like to feel balance in my life.

with the different moments in my life, with the many different experiences that i live my life needs different things to create a feeling of balance.

keeping balance in my life means that i am prioritizing what’s most important in my life. one of the most important for me is being sure i prioritize myself and take me time for my body, mind and spirit.

what makes you feel balanced?

what’s most important to you?

gratitude in the gap

what do you want?

are you feeling the lack of the want? or are you feeling the awareness and gratitude for the want?

often when we get in the gap we are feeling the lack of what we want. when we feel the lack of what we want our energy is in negative flow.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you noticing a growing list of what you don’t have? are you feeling overwhelm of what all you need to accomplish this want that you want? is your body tight and tense, shoulders lifting to your ears?

you can feel the gratitude in the gap for three things. the awareness of what you want, the growth you have experienced and the journey of the moment.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you curious about creating what you want? are you excited to learn and do new things? is your body light and free, muscles loose with flowing movements?

are you noticing what you want and being curious? what can you learn about what you want? what will you discover about what you want? what will you discover about what you want to create? what will you discover about yourself? notice what you can discover and create and be grateful.

are you noticing the growth you have experienced to lead you to this new want? where were you, in this moment right now are you living a past want? as we experience life and grow, we are expanding spiraling upward, creating the life that we want. our wants grow and expand. our old want has grown and expanded to our new want. notice your growth of your want and be grateful.

are you noticing this moment you are living? what are you experiencing? what is the journey you are on? who are you being? what are you doing? what are you creating? this moment is for you to be who you want to be and to do what you want to do. this moment is for you to experience what you want to experience. notice that each moment is part of your journey. there are the moments of your past, there will be moments in your future, right now is the moment of your present. live and experience this moment and be grateful.

what do you want? what is your gap? be grateful in the gap for you have experienced many moments to be in the gap. be grateful in the gap for you are creating your dreams and desires. be grateful in the gap for you are in this moment living and experiencing your life journey.

what is your gratitude in the gap?

day-to-day experiences happen one moment at a time. moments are small, a tiny part of our life.

it is this moment, a now moment, that creates our lives.

one moment to the next.

what do you do in the day-to-day moments of your living? are you aware of what you are choosing? are you grateful? are you present?

live your truth!

eager

I’m an eternally expanding Being, and I’m doing great where I am, and I’m so eager about what’s coming!

I am always becoming, I am always creating. Today I am more than I was yesterday, tomorrow I am more than I am today. I am a person that enjoys becoming more and doing more. I enjoy being who I want to be and I enjoy doing what I want to do.

There are many moments that I forget I’m connected to my inner being and I forget this. When I have forgotten I am not living in present moment awareness, I am not connected to what is most important to me. I am not feeling love and gratitude.

Then I remember – I’m pulled back into the moment and reconnected with my inner being, I become re-aware that I’m doing great where I am. I feel the love and gratitude for who I was, who I am, and who I’m becoming.

I realize the person I’ve grown into, being who I want to be, doing what I want to do and experiencing what I want to experience. I am happy and grateful for the expansion of my being and my life.

I am happy and grateful for who I am now in the moment, and I am happy, grateful and excited for who I yet want to become, what I want to do and what I want to experience. I am eager to experience all of life’s moments!

what do you really want?

have you ever been frustrated because a situation was not going how you want it to go?

you know, you are with a group of people, and it’s just not going the way that you want it to go. i mean, everybody should know that it’s supposed to happen exactly in this one way, your way. how could there be any other way than the way that you want it? and your just getting annoyed and frustrated because it’s not what you want. people aren’t acting according to what you want!

i have these moments. oh boy, i can get so frustrated that my body is tight and tense and i just want to scream and make it happen my way, and there just isn’t any way for me to do that!

DSC04299

I have learned, by some wonderful grace, to step back and look at the bigger picture. i will ask myself, “what do i really want?”

i am able to realize that the situation that i am trying to control is a small piece of the whole adventure of life, and although it may be something that should get done, in the whole picture of life – it’s not what’s most important!

my shoulders relax, my breathe deepens, and i am open to gratitude! i become grateful for this moment, in this moment i am connected to what i want, and what i want is to enjoy my life journey filled with amazing deep rich relationships. and that is what’s happening!

what do you really want?

journey

Our journey is all our life’s moments. Our growth and expansion to being who we want to be, doing what we want to do, and experiencing what we want to experience. Our journey is little moments and big moments, little experiences and big experiences. It is the ups and downs, the challenges and celebrations of living a life that is continually changing, growing and transforming.

How often are you living in the moment? How often are you aware that this NOW moment is the only moment there is, the only moment that matters?

dsc04446

Awareness of who you are and what you want is what allows you to make the positive choices in the now moment to live and to create the life that you want to live. Awareness that you are responsible for your choices is what allows you to be positive and grateful for what you are living, to enjoy the moment – your life journey.

accept what is

it is what is is and i’ll do my best and let go the rest.

you do not need to be emotionally attached to the outcome of anything. you can accept that it is not what you want it to be. as soon as you accept that, the negativity and lack and overwhelm drift away.

you still have your wants, wanting more, wanting it to be better than it is, but you do not have the worry and fret, and you don’t have to try to do it all.

for the things that i want, i can do what i can to create them, and, let go the rest. trust that what is, is supposed to be. trust that this moment will lead to the next moment. that each moment is what it is supposed to be and that you will grow and expand and what you want will be.

some of your wants will be exactly what you want, some of your wants you will let go completely because you no longer want it, and some of your wants will be much more and better than you ever imagined they would and could be.

“Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.” ~Eckhart Tolle

what can you accept today? accept what is, trust that this moment will lead into the next moment exactly as it should.

accepting what is, you let go the negative feelings and allow for the positive feelings. what in this experience can you be grateful for? what is it that you want?

find the gratitude that is in the moment, there is always something when you are willing to look and find it.

imagine and visualize what it is that you want and begin to attract the into your life.

let go, and allow the positive to flow back to you!

live your truth!
