i have so much to smile and be happy about! my sweet kiddos, in the moment, enjoying life. they teach me so much (that’s for another time).

just moments ago i was frustrated, overwhelmed, feeling the stress that i put onto myself. i consistently plan too much in my days. and today is one of those days, i know this and i was coming “to terms” with what i won’t be getting to today in a not so graceful way.

enter my sweet kids, their energy and being in the moment…

now, i’m smiling and breathing peacefully. i’m going to go outside for a walk like i planned (and then un-planned). i will admit that it won’t be as long a walk as i want it to be though, still, i’m putting me first (this is for another time too).

be in the moment! choose what makes you happy and smile. choose what makes the rise of your shoulders release and feel the tension ease out.

i love sitting on my steps and seeing green! trees and green beyond. sunshine shining, reflecting, dancing, shimmering and glittering on the leaves. listening to twittering birds and insects hums. i love nature and sitting outside and getting immersed in it.

where am i? and where do i want to go?

there are many wants i have. many dreams and desires. i have many desires achieved now that i am living and experiencing. i have desires that are growing and expanding. i have dreams and desires that are experienced in little ways, and wanted in big ways. i have dreams and desires creating the vision of the life that i want to live.

in all these wants of mine, the biggest desire now is to be present. be present for myself, be present for those i am sharing the moment with.

i want to be aware of the experience, enjoying the experience. i want to be connected to my inner being and connected to who i may be with. i want to be me, free of masks. i want to enjoy others for their being, no expectations and no judging, connecting to their being.

wandering thoughts

interesting how thoughts can change so much and be so different. thoughts being felt and connected to. thoughts being wanted and desired. and these feeling and thoughts will be the complete opposites of previous thoughts. what is it that causes such different thoughts, feelings and wants?

is it a difference of thinking with mind or thinking with heart? is it a difference of energy felt and had in each experience? is it a difference of how present i am in each moment of these feelings and these thoughts?

what is it to live in the present moment? to live in the now moment?

is being in the present moment letting go of all thoughts? our minds wander so much in a day; thinking, analyzing, worrying and dreaming. what should we let go? what should we allow?

i want to be fully present in the moment, or thinking positively about what i want and what’s most important to me. i want to be connected to what’s most important to me and experiencing what bring me joy and love. i want to grow and expand with my dreams and desires. what part of this is being in the present moment?

i don’t think i can answer the question, the moment has changed. each moment is different, each experience is different. with each new moment and each new experience our thoughts will change and grow.

when i don’t like a thought i will choose to focus on the now moment. when i don’t like a thought i will choose to think positive about what i want and connect to that feeling. i will choose to make the positive feeling my now moment.

present moment awareness

i like to be aware and connected to my visions for my dreams and desires, my visions for my life goals. i like to take time and imagine being who i want to be, doing what i want to do, experiencing what i want to experience and creating the life that i want to live.

when i am connected to my visions i am able to live in present moment awareness with positive high energy, being and doing what is most important to me. when i am connected to my visions i am able to feel gratitude for my being and living.

i am able to make decisions that are positive feeling, decisions to be and do what is most important to me in the NOW moment. what i choose to be and choose to do in the NOW moment does not always give me instant gratification, but the being and doing is gratitude because i am feeling positive high energy for my choices and the being and doing that i’m doing.

i am feeling gratitude in the NOW moment because of the experiences i have had that guided me and empowered me to be being who i am and doing what i want in the NOW moment. i am feeling gratitude for the NOW moment of experiencing and creating the life that i want to live, being and becoming more of who i want to be, and doing and experiencing more of what i want to do.

there are some areas of my life that my thoughts wander to negative feelings of doubt, worry, anxiousness, stress or overwhelm and it takes an awareness to guide my mind to positive feelings, connecting to what i want and feeling the positive energy flow through me. to be in the present moment i do not worry about the how, i think about the why and how i want to feel. when i am connected to how i want to feel and the visions of my dreams and desires i am able to be who i want to be and do what i want to do. i am able to make choices that are positive and in alignment with what’s most important to me.

there is so much that i want to be, that i want to do and that i want to experience. i am connecting to what i want instead of any worries or doubts. when something triggers negative emotions i guide my mind to think about what i really want and connect to the way i want to feel living and experiencing that want. i think about the vision of who i want to be, what i want to do, and what i want to experience and imagine living that NOW!

how do I get all that I want?

I do not know how to get all that I want right now.

I know that I don’t need to know how, the Universe will guide me.

how do I let go and allow the Universe to guide me to all that I want?

celebrate

I’ve taken some of what I have for granted. I haven’t celebrated and I haven’t been grateful in my wanting.

I want a lot. I know I want a lot in all areas of my life. I think that it is good to want, wanting something is having a goal, a challenge, a dream, a desire. Wanting something opens my being up to growth and expansion.

To be more. To do more. To experience more. To live how I want to live.

So much of the time I get caught in the day-to-day of what is. Each new day being better than the next, however living in the day-to-day, I do not realize the growth and expansion I’ve had. I get so focused on what it is that I want, that I forget to notice where it was that I had been.

I don’t see how much my life has improved, how much better each area of my life is. How I’ve grown and expanded in my being, my doing. And sometimes I don’t realize all the experiences I have had and enjoyed.

And then I become aware because of an idea, thought or experience, and I am so happy and grateful for where I am in the present moment! I am grateful for my growth and expansion.

I am aware in this present moment! I am so happy and grateful for who I am, what I am doing, what I am experiencing! I am so happy and grateful for where I was, and that I am aware so that I can celebrate my growth and expansion to where I am now.

I am grateful for my new expanded wants, dreams and desires! I am grateful that I will continually grow and expand with new wants, dreams and desires emerging from my being, doing and experiences! I am growing!

do you spend your time in the past, future or in the present?

how do you spend your time? are you positive and grateful or are you negative and overwhelmed?

what do you do with time? doing things that are most important to you, or doing things because you are reacting to all that is around you?

is time going fast for you? is time going slow for you? are you aware of time?

as much as i want to, as much as i do, and as much as i want to do even more – being in present moment awareness – i’m still getting pulled along with time. part of it’s a summer thing, time always seems to go faster in the summer. why is that? what is it about some ‘times’, some ‘activities’ that seem to make time go faster, or the opposite, make time go slower.

living in present moment awareness is how i like to live. to live in present moment awareness i choose what makes me happy, i choose to do what’s most important to me. and in those moments, somehow time slows down, it becomes non-existent, or not important. i am able to not worry about time, i am able to be and do, and not be accountable to a time line.

Our journey is all our life’s moments. Our growth and expansion to being who we want to be, doing what we want to do, and experiencing what we want to experience. Our journey is little moments and big moments, little experiences and big experiences. It is the ups and downs, the challenges and celebrations of living a life that is continually changing, growing and transforming.

How often are you living in the moment? How often are you aware that this NOW moment is the only moment there is, the only moment that matters?

Awareness of who you are and what you want is what allows you to make the positive choices in the now moment to live and to create the life that you want to live. Awareness that you are responsible for your choices is what allows you to be positive and grateful for what you are living, to enjoy the moment – your life journey.
